Where we ship

Reliclanevintage ships within the United States only, to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not accept international orders. Every retro tee, sweatshirt, bucket hat and canvas tote we sell is in stock and ships from our warehouse in the United States.

Shipping method and cost

We offer one shipping method: Standard Shipping. Orders are delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, depending on your address and package.

Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Once your package is handed to the carrier, transit takes up to 8 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is 5–11 business days from the date you place your order. This total already includes processing time; it is not added on top.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Occasionally a package may be delayed by the carrier, severe weather or holiday volume. If that happens, we will do our best to help you track it down.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order at any time on our Track Order page.

Changing or canceling an order

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Changes and cancellations are only possible before the order enters processing or shipment. There is no cancellation fee, and approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; we can update the address only if the order has not yet entered processing or shipment.

Lost, damaged or incorrect packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution at no cost to you. If your package seems lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
